1. About Fixtura
Fixtura provides automated digital content services for sporting clubs and associations, including:
- video assets
- image assets
- AI-generated articles
- fixture, results, and ladder content
- branded sponsor integrations
Fixtura is operated from Sydney, NSW, Australia.
2. Eligibility and Representation
To use Fixtura, users must:
- be 18 years or older, and
- be acting on behalf of a club, association, organisation, or authorised entity.
Users acknowledge that they are permitted to represent that organisation.
3. Account Use and Access
- Accounts may be used by clubs, associations, and authorised representatives.
- Multiple administrators may access the same organisation account.
- Fixtura does not restrict account sharing within the organisation.
4. Data Sources and Permissions
To generate automated content, Fixtura may access competitive data through:
- PlayHQ (with user authorisation)
- web-scraping
- available APIs
- processing tools and AI services
During onboarding, users provide consent for Fixtura to retrieve competition data as required.
Users are not responsible for data accuracy. Fixtura handles aggregation, interpretation, and preparation.
5. User-Uploaded Materials
Users may upload:
- club logos
- sponsor artwork
- images
- branding assets
Users confirm they have permission to use and supply these materials.
6. Intellectual Property
Fixtura retains ownership of:
- the Fixtura platform and technology
- rendering systems
- automation processes
- design templates
- system architecture
Users retain ownership of:
- uploaded club branding
- logos
- sponsor artwork
- organisation names
Generated Content
Content produced by Fixtura:
- is licensed for use by the club or association
- may be freely shared publicly, including on social media
- may be distributed without limitation
- may be used in sponsorship, marketing, and community communications
7. Service Availability
Fixtura aims to maintain continuous platform availability.
However, availability may be affected by:
- third-party data providers
- seasonal data flow
- system maintenance
- external service requirements
8. Termination of Access
Fixtura reserves the right to suspend or terminate access only if:
- branding or sponsorship rights are violated
- these Terms are breached
Fixtura will provide notice and attempt cooperative resolution wherever possible.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted under Australian law:
- the service is provided "as-is"
- Fixtura is not liable for:
- financial loss
- lost revenue
- reputational impact
- inaccuracies in results or generated content
- maximum liability is limited to the amount paid for the applicable pass
10. Privacy and Communication
- Fixtura maintains a separate Privacy Policy
- User data is not sold or provided to third parties
- Email may be used for:
- service delivery
- system alerts
- updates and improvements
- renewal reminders
- support communication
11. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by Australian Law.
Users in New Zealand and other regions agree to these Terms under this jurisdiction.
12. Dispute Resolution
Fixtura aims to resolve issues collaboratively and in good faith.
