Refund Policy

Last updated: November 22, 2025

At Fixtura, we are committed to supporting clubs and associations with reliable, automated digital content throughout their chosen coverage period. This Refund Policy outlines how refunds are handled and what to expect when purchasing a Fixtura Pass.

1. Prepaid Passes and Billing

Fixtura offers prepaid passes for Clubs and Associations, including:

  • 1-Month Pass
  • 3-Month Pass
  • Season Pass (12 months)

All passes:

  • are paid upfront as a one-time payment
  • cover a defined time period
  • do not renew automatically
  • must be manually renewed if continued service is desired

Customers may select a preferred start date, after which access and automated content generation begins.

2. Free Trial

New users may explore Fixtura using a free trial before choosing a paid pass.

Because a trial is available, purchases made after the trial period are considered informed and voluntary. Refunds do not apply to periods covered by the free trial.

3. Refund Eligibility

Refunds will only be considered when:

  • Fixtura platform access is unavailable for an extended period, and
  • content cannot be generated as advertised, and
  • Fixtura is unable to resolve the issue within a reasonable timeframe

Examples include:

  • prolonged system outage
  • widespread platform failure affecting all users

In these scenarios, Fixtura may issue:

  • a refund or
  • an account extension

Customers also retain rights under the Australian Consumer Law, including remedies for major service failures.

4. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds are not available for:

  • change of mind
  • low usage or inactivity
  • choosing not to generate content
  • incorrect start date selection
  • wet weather, cancelled rounds, forfeits, or shortened seasons
  • off-season periods within a Season Pass
  • content already generated, downloaded, shared, or used
  • expired passes
  • failure to renew after expiry

Because Fixtura delivers digital content on demand, once generation has occurred, it is always non-refundable.

5. Cancellations

Fixtura passes cannot be cancelled once purchased.

  • there are no pro-rated refunds
  • access continues until the end of the selected coverage period
  • customers may choose not to renew once the pass ends

6. Courtesy Extensions

In some situations (such as onboarding delays or isolated service interruptions), Fixtura may, at its discretion, offer:

  • additional access time
  • temporary extensions

These are goodwill gestures and not guaranteed.

7. Sponsor Placement

Sponsor integration within Fixtura-generated content:

  • is included free of charge
  • is not a paid add-on
  • is not associated with billing
  • is not eligible for refund claims

8. No Pausing or Holding Periods

All passes run continuously for their duration.

Fixtura does not offer:

  • pauses
  • seasonal holds
  • suspended coverage windows

9. How to Request Assistance or a Refund Review

If you believe a platform-wide issue has affected your ability to generate content, please contact:

Include:

  • account email
  • club or association name
  • pass type purchased
  • start date selected
  • description of the issue

Our team will review your request and respond within 3-5 business days.

10. Australian Consumer Law

Nothing in this policy excludes rights provided under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL). Customers are entitled to remedies for major service failures.
